As an independent agency, we represent several private insurance carriers and rarely are required to place any policy with Citizens. Therefore, we are able to provide our customers with a variety of carrier options in order to obtain property coverage at the lowest available rates. We discuss the various carriers available with our customers as well as explain the policy options that will have an impact on the premium. Our intent is to give our clientele a complete understanding of their policy's benefits and limitations in order for the property owner to be educated and well-informed about their Florida insurance coverage.
Customer Service
Our obligations do not end with the purchase of coverage. On the contrary, our responsibility to our customers begins on the date of purchase. We provide the professional service to which our customers are entitled and expect in order to maintain a loyal and lasting business relationship. We do the simple things: Between 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., we answer our office phones instead of a voice mail system. We return phone calls immediately, not the next day or next week. All service issues are addressed immediately with no delays. In short, you will receive every professional courtesy we can provide to earn and keep your business.
Turnaround Time
For those that need new coverage for a real estate purchase, we can provide new property and/or flood insurance immediately upon request. Your closing will never be delayed for a lack of insurance documents as we can issue coverage for your closing with the click of a computer mouse.
